Ready for Spring

Or at least Valentine's Day!

I am in the process of going through so many changes.  I bought a house in January.  It needs a lot of work but slowly it is getting there.  I should be able to move in sometime in May.

I also signed up to walk the Susan G. Komen 3 day for the cure in Washington, D.C. in September 2011.  I will be walking with some great girls from work.  Our team name is Me and The Girls.  You can find my page HERE.  I think that it is going to be a challenge for me to raise the $2,300 to even walk in the 3 day.  Especially with the new house......  I am going to try my best though.

So I made 2 Valentine's day cards today.  One for Rob and one for my mom.  I think that they turned out pretty cute.

 I made these flowers with ribbon, inked with distress ink in fired brick and misted with gold perfect pearls.

Well, that is all I have for now.  I will try to update here more often in my many adventures.....

Christmas boxes

I am working on some boxes to give with some of my Christmas gifts.  I finished 3 today and have at least 2 more to make.  I got the idea from Cricut Chick...  http://cricutchick.blogspot.com/  I think they are turning out great!  TFL!

Almost Thanksgiving

Well, it is almost Thanksgiving.  I am still working on my Christmas cards and have many yet to do.  Hopefully I can get a few more done in the next 2 days....  Happy Thanksgiving.
